The location is excellent; right by Brower Park and the Brooklyn Children’s Museum, close to the A, C, 2, and 3 subway lines, and within walking distance of the Brooklyn Museum, Botanic Gardens, and Prospect Park. There’s also a grocery store just a block away.

The apartment includes:

Rent is $2,200 per month, with a one-month security deposit. Electricity and internet are not included – you'll need to set up your own Con Edison and internet accounts (easy to do).

One note: there's a challenging elderly neighbour downstairs, so this may not be ideal for everyone.
