About This Lister

I am the leaseholder, who goes by she/her pronouns, and I am looking for someone to takeover the rest of the lease after a relationship ended. I currently live onsite, but will be moving out of the unit ahead of August 1. Please reach out for virtual tours, and I may work with a broker to show this space as well. I also work with a cleaner and will ensure the unit is properly sanitized before lease assignment.

Pets Policy

- Dogs must be spayed or neutered and must be licensed by the New York City Department of Health, have appropriate annual shots, and be examined regularly by its veterinarian. Veterinary records showing proof may be required. No puppies younger than 4 months are allowed.
- Cats must be spayed or neutered. Veterinary records showing proof may be required. Cats must be kept in the apartment at all times except when transporting the cat in a carrier. Under no circumstances are cats allowed on Apartment balconies or in common indoor or outdoor areas. Cat litter must be double-bagged in plastic bags prior to disposal in the garbage. Use of a litter box is required and regular disposal of waste and cleaning is required. You may not dispose of cat litter in toilets, even if the litter is marked as "flushable" as it can cause clogs in the plumbing and lead to flooding.
- Aquariums must not exceed 15 gallons. Stands must be sturdy. Residents must place aquariums in a safe location in the Apartment which gives the aquarium sufficient support. Resident shall be responsible for any and all damage caused by leakage or breakage from any aquarium.
