Groceries, pharmacies, Industry City only a few blocks away + AMAZING FOOD in this neighborhood!

The rent is a little under $3200, and the building is rent stabilized, so will only go up a percentage each year. There are two bedrooms, one large and one smaller but big enough for a double bed and a desk or dresser. Closets in both.
