Hello! I’m looking for someone to take over half of the lease of my apartment. You would be living with a 31-year-old female who works from home 3-4x a week working in advertising. This is an amazing apartment (and unbeatable location!!) in Flatiron. Some details below:

Rent: $2,300 per month
Utilities: ~100-$150/mo
Security Deposit: Required
Size: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathroom (the bedroom has an en suite bathroom!)
Features:
- Furnished open kitchen and living area (on the smaller size, but it does it's job!)
- Dishwasher
- FREE laundry in-building
- The apartment is on the third floor (two flights of stairs).
- Built-in AC in each room

Duration: Ideally, I would need someone to move in by October 1, but can accommodate a move in as early as Sept. 15 for a prorated rate. The lease ends March 31st, with the ability to resign.
