ABOUT US
The Brooklyn Inn is part of the Boutique Rentals collection (find us on Instagram). Each home is thoughtfully designed with comfort, functionality, and a relaxing aesthetic in mind.
I'm Melinda (she/her), owner-operator of the 'Boutique Rentals' collection which includes The Brooklyn Inn, two bungalows in upstate New York - The Original Bungalow and Treehouse Bungalow - and one on the Gulf coast of Florida, The Florida Bungalow.
In addition to running the rental business, I work as an independent publicist and interior design consultant. I am based in Brooklyn and I am available to help with whatever is needed.
We'll ask you to sign a rental agreement, provide a copy of your ID, and share recent pay stubs, proof of funds or offer letter. We may also request a reference and/or conduct a credit check.
We welcome house-trained pets. We charge $75 per month per pet, in addition to the rent.
