Both weekly and monthly stays are available. Weekly stays are available from December 21 to mid-January (two weeks preferred) at $1,200 per week, while all other dates require a one-month minimum. Viewings are available on December 21 (and possibly additional dates depending on occupancy) for anyone who’d like to see the apartment in person before booking. I'm Melinda (she/her), owner-operator of the 'Boutique Rentals' collection which includes The Brooklyn Inn, two bungalows in upstate New York - The Original Bungalow and Treehouse Bungalow - and one on the Gulf coast of Florida, The Florida Bungalow.

In addition to running the rental business, I work as an independent publicist and interior design consultant. I am based in Brooklyn and I am available to help with whatever is needed.
