Conveniently located on the border of Prospect Heights/Crown Heights - right by Prospect Park, the Brooklyn Botanic Gardens, the Brooklyn Museum, and countless restaurants. Walk up on the third floor.

- Bedroom is furnished with a full sized bed, Tempurpedic pillows, large closet, blackout linen curtains, and a work station with a Herman Miller desk chair

- Building has laundry, Amazon lockers, and bike storage
- The apartment is shared with one roommate (33yo/m) and two cats named Timon and Pumba (pictured, they are hilarious guys)

Location: 3 minute walk from the Franklin Ave 2/3/4/5/S subway station. 5 minute walk to the Brooklyn Museum and Brooklyn Botanic Garden. Aside from how great the apartment itself is, the location is one of the reasons I love living here!

A little about my roommate:

He's 33 years old, works at a start-up but spends his free time running, baking, and teaching piano lessons. Typically super low key, and not interested in bringing the party home, but always a fan of having friends over for a dinner party and to hang. My roommate will also be out of town visiting family over the holidays, so you’ll have some alone time!
