I'm subletting my 1 bedroom apartment in the heart of Ridgewood while traveling for a month. The apartment is located on the first floor in a 6 unit building.
The apartment has a separate kitchen equipped with most things you'll need to cook a meal. The living room has a TV and work desk, so there are many areas to move around comfortably within the space. The bedroom has the most beautiful morning light, I love waking up in this room!
The apartment is located about 6 min from the subway and there are many grocery stores within a few minutes walking distance as well. Also close to many great restaurants.
This is my sanctuary and I expect my guests to treat my home as they would treat their own home, so I'm looking for a clean and respectful person. No pets and and non-smokers only. No parties.

I'm a woman in my mid 40's who work as a photographer, and I have lived in this apartment for almost 10 years.
Lister's Relationship to the Space
I am the current tenantRental requirements
I don't provide a cleaning service, nor do I charge a cleaning fee so I expect my guests to clean the apartment before departure. I have a vaccum cleaner and cleaning supplies available. I would like to come home to the same condition as I left it to my guest.
Facetime or meet beforehand.
$500 deposit required plus copy of an ID.
I will need my guest to water my plants and to collect my mail.
