I’m looking to fill a spacious, street-facing room connected to an additional room in a classic 3-bedroom, 2-bath railroad-style apartment with hardwood floors. This is a third floor walk-up unit.
The available space includes two unfurnished connected rooms, offering a flexible layout that’s perfect for someone who wants extra room to spread out — whether for a dedicated home office, creative studio, or simply additional living space. You can comfortably separate your sleeping and workspace areas.
The Space Includes:
• Private street-facing entrance
• Full private bathroom (separate from the bedroom)
• In-unit all-in-one washer/dryer combo
• Dishwasher
• Hardwood floors
• Great natural light
• Flexible layout ideal for living + workspace
This setup is best suited for a single occupant who would like to enjoy both rooms without adding another roommate (though accommodating another roommate may be possible).
Room facing street is 12x12 & includes a closet. Connected middle room is 9x14 with no closet (I included pictures of the middle
room furnished to give you an idea of what can fit in the middle room. Bed is a queen size.)
Preferably looking for someone 30+
Location – Ridgewood (steps away from Rolo’s restaurant)
Conveniently located:
• 5-minute walk to the Seneca Avenue station (M train)
• 9-minute walk to the Myrtle–Wyckoff Avenues station (L train)
• B38 bus conveniently on the corner
• Q58 bus one block up
Commuting is simple and efficient, with plenty of neighborhood amenities, restaurants, bars, cafés, grocery stores, and everyday conveniences within walking distance.
I’m a 38-year-old male working in healthcare with a demanding schedule that includes 12-hour shifts, working alternating weekends. On my weekends off, I often spend with my partner that lives upstate. When I’m home, I’m typically studying, relaxing, or keeping a low profile.
I’m usually out the door early in the mornings, and with separate entrances, you won’t be disturbed coming or going.
I live an active lifestyle — I enjoy running, going to the gym (PureGym nearby offers 24/7 access), cooking, and spending time outdoors.
Living Style
I value a clean, tidy, and respectful home environment — especially in shared spaces — and I’m looking for someone who values the same.
I’ve been a non-drinker for over seven years and prefer not to host parties or bring any party home. That said, I’m completely fine if you drink or keep alcohol in the apartment — I simply appreciate a calm, low-key atmosphere.
I have no dietary restrictions and am happy to share the kitchen considerately.
If this sounds like a good fit and aligns with what you’re looking for, feel free to reach out to schedule a viewing or ask any questions.
Looking forward to connecting!
Lease Terms
I’m looking to sublet the space starting April 1st, 2026 to a responsible and reliable individual. This would be a long-term sublet, to potentially 4/30/2027 and you would sign a formal sublease agreement to ensure clarity, stability, and mutual understanding. All terms will be clearly outlined prior to move-in.
First month’s rent of $2,200 and a $2,200 security deposit are required at move-in. Applicants must provide proof of income.
Water, heat, and gas are included in the rent.
Internet and electricity combined average approximately $45 per month but subject to change.
My current roommate of the past four years is moving out to get his own place with his partner, & will be out by March 17th, 2026.
Sorry no pets. No smoking.
