The studio is compact but thoughtfully organised and exceptionally bright, with windows throughout and open views from the 9th floor. It is the only flat on the rooftop level, offering privacy, natural light and an additional outdoor living space through the terrace.

About This Lister
I’m Barbara, a project manager and psychotherapist in training currently living between London and Rome. I divide my time between clinical training, remote work, and creative/research projects, and I use this small rooftop flat in Rome as a quiet base when I’m in the city myself.
I enjoy hosting independent and thoughtful guests — particularly academics, researchers, writers, artists, musicians, and remote professionals looking for a calmer and more local experience of Rome beyond the tourist areas.
I value clear communication, privacy, and spaces that feel lived in rather than commercial, and I try to offer the same kind of environment I appreciate when travelling myself.

Monthly rate: €990 / approx. $1100 USD, all-inclusive (utilities and cleaning included).
One-month stays are charged at this fixed monthly rate. Minimum stay is 7 nights. Two-week and multi-week stays are welcome. Rates for stays shorter than one month are adjusted proportionally depending on length and season — please enquire with your dates for a clear quote.
The apartment is best suited to one guest. If a second guest is expected at any point during the stay, this should be discussed in advance.
No smoking. No pets.
The flat works best for guests who are comfortable managing their stay independently and communicating in English, as check-in and house information are provided through a detailed written guide.
