Under one roof, you'll find camera operators, directors, producers, and a literary agent — all living and working respectfully in a shared space.

First Floor: Our family lives here, and we also operate a small production office in the rear of the house.

Second Floor: Your private live/work rental space — ideal for writers, artists, and creatives.

Third Floor: Occupied by a professional camera operator.
