I have a private room available in my apartment! The room is located in the basement level, and you'll have most of the basement space to yourself, giving you plenty of room to spread out. LGBTQ and femme presenting people preferred!

Your room features two small windows for natural light and comes with a private half bathroom just for you. Right next to your room, there's an outdoor patio that I rarely use, so you'll essentially have it to yourself most of the time. (Note: In the current photos, you'll see a treadmill in the space, but that's being moved out.)
You'll have access to shared spaces including my treadmill, an entertainment room that serves as our living room, and a dining room in the basement. The shower is shared between the two of us.
Rent does not include utilities (power, gas, and electricity).
