Rent: $1280 (including utilities, except A/C bill in summer)

The apartment is in the JacksonHeights area, walking distance to bars, restaurants, gym, banks, groceries, pharmacy, coffee shops, etc.
1 minutes walk to train (E/F/R/7)
15 minutes train ride to Manhattan (midtown)
10min ride to LGA airport

The apartment is furnished in shared spaces (living room, kitchen and bathroom).
Bedroom is half furnished. It’s a large room and can fit a queen size bed.

I’m looking for a roommate that won’t bring the party at home, someone clean and respectful that I can be friends with. Pay rent on time. Prefer someone who works outside. No smoke, No pets .

Landlord will ask you for proof of income. 1st month + security deposit.
