I’m subletting my room (with a balcony) from July 1 to August 31, with flexible dates. The house is a spacious 3-story home with a large living room and a rooftop kitchen/patio. You’ll be living with three great roommates (28-30 years old) and two friendly cats. Rent is $1,200/month + utilities. The apartment is located in Sawtelle/Brentwood, about a 20-minute bus ride from UCLA.
