The room is fully furnished, as is the apartment. Comes with very sweet, and well behaved cat, who would love to be friends, but also respects boundaries. Could be okay with an additional pet, he loves dogs, not so sure about other cats.

Would be great for someone artistic, who loves food, plants, or reading.

Right now looking for someone for a month starting August 15, but open to extending for a longer-term sublease.

No smoking/vaping in the apt please.

The apartment is near the Gates Ave J and a 15 min walk to Utica A/C.
