Hi! My roommate is moving out June 1st and I'm looking for a June 15th - July 1 move in. I'm an actor with a steady day job, and I value a home that's peaceful, clean, and a place to unwind. I have lived in this apt for 10 years and have made it a home. I don’t cook often, and I keep shared spaces tidy. Occasionally, I’ll need a quiet moment to record a self-tape or take an audition—usually short and during the day. You would have a designated parking space as I don’t have a car and walk/Uber to most places.

Looking for:
Someone with a traditional 9–5 schedule is ideal (WFH is okay) but not a dealbreaker. Someone who is clean, considerate, and communicative. Guests are of course welcome—just give me a heads-up. This space would be a great fit for someone who appreciates a low-key, relaxed home environment.
