• No smoking (Cannabis is fine, but outdoors only)
• Doesn’t wear outdoor shoes inside
• Politically aligned: supports LGBTQ+ rights, Trans rights, Women’s rights,
• Clean, respectful, and communicative
• Washes and puts away dishes same day, or loads dishwasher at ~75% full
• Shares responsibility for household supplies (toilet paper, etc.)
• Pays rent on time via Venmo or bank transfer

I’m a late-30s K–9 teacher. Ambivert leaning extroverted — I enjoy short chats but value personal space. I’m usually out 2–3 nights a week (pottery or jiu-jitsu). I cook most meals at home, so a clean kitchen is a priority. Currently recovering from shoulder surgery, so I’m home a bit more than usual.
