We’re two fun and friendly women in our (very) early thirties looking for a third roommate to join us in our spacious, and perfectly -located apartment in the heart of the Financial District, just steps from historic Stone Street. Rent is $1,600 a month (utilities included), available on June 1st, 2025.

Huge living room and a large kitchen with plenty of storage
Fully furnished common spaces (except we could use a TV + stand — if you have one, major bonus!)
In-unit laundry (washer + dryer!)
All utilities (heat, water, electricity) are included in rent, except for internet, which we split
Located in a small walk-up building — just one easy flight of stairs
