Looking for a roommate to join the lease in a 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment in Highland Park! Best suited for someone seeking a long-term stay of 12 months or more. A woman in their mid-20's to early 30’s preferred. LGBTQ+ friendly. Someone who will maintain the apartment’s tidy & calm environment. No smoking. No pets.

Available in early/mid-June. Move-in date is flexible, but must be on lease by July 1.

The apartment is in a great area. Walkable to Figueroa St spots like Civil Coffee, Highland Park Bowl, and Highly Likely. Debs Park is nearby if you enjoy hiking.

The building has a gated courtyard and an outdoor pool. Unit includes a dishwasher and in-unit washer and dryer. A/C in the living room and in the bedroom. You'll share a parking space with one roommate. Otherwise, neighborhood street parking is easy and usually available.

The room currently holds a queen-size bed and a small couch. I am happy to sell you any furniture (including the bed frame and mattress) at a heavily discounted rate, or you can take the room unfurnished.
