We have room available in our bright and spacious two-bedroom, one bathroom apartment for sublease from 1-31 August 2025 (move-in possible from 25 July), with the possibility of a 12-month lease takeover from 1 September. The room is on the 6th floor of a modern, sound-proofed building with an elevator, virtual doorman, exercise room, and central air conditioning and heat. The apartment is conveniently located between the 1 and A/C/D/B train lines, and one avenue block away from Riverside Park (great for running, cycling and just hanging out by the water). The room gets wonderful light with a big window and comfortably fits a queensize bed and a desk. It is available unfurnished or partially furnished (with existing furniture available for a once-off bundle purchase).

You’ll be sharing the apartment with a clean, kind, professional male in his mid-30s. The apartment is cat-friendly if you have a furry friend.

I have loved living here for just under 3 years and am moving out because I am leaving the US to move home. It is a great space to work from home if you work or study remotely, so it would be ideal for a young professional or grad student.
