Looking for a roommate to fill an unfurnished room in my house with private bathroom, and private patio attached to the room. Beautiful home right above the Silverlake reservoir. Huge front patio with great views. High ceilings with lots or natural light.

Home is accessed by a set of stairs, but because of that it offers amazing views and peace and quiet. Huge front patio and backyard with a fire pit providing a lot of lovely outdoor space. Street parking is always easy to find by the house with no parking restrictions.

Home has a large kitchen, with a dishwasher. Washer and dryer on the property. The house is fully finished, but the extra room is empty so I am looking for someone with just enough furniture to fill their room.

A block away from the Silverlake Reservoir, and walking distance to Whole Foods, and plenty of places to eat and get coffee.

I am the only other occupant in the house. I keep a clean, organized, respectful space.

I am a 35-year-old female originally from Colorado and Vermont, but have been in California for 17 years. I am a photographer, so I travel quite a bit... which means you will have a space to yourself often. I like to keep a neat/organized space. I'm very easy going and open-minded. I tend to keep to myself at home, but have no problem socializing or with my roommate having guests over to enjoy dinners inside or on the patio or fires in the backyard. I enjoy cooking so have a very well-stocked kitchen and have no problem sharing that space if meal times overlap. My roommate is free to use any of my cooking equipment as long as they treat it with respect. I workout on the giant front patio and my roommate is welcome to use any of that equipment as well, including my Peloton bike I have inside.
