Apartment is on the second floor, walk-up, in one of the historic Finnish co-ops in Sunset Park. Large shared living space filled with books and records. With windows facing multiple directions, the apartment gets great light and looks out onto Sunset Park across the street.

Multiple cafes and bars are within a couple blocks, solid pizzeria on the corner, farmer's market across the street on Saturdays, laundry a block away. Greenwood Cemetery, Bush Terminal Park and Industry City all within walking distance. Great transportation options - DNR trains (3 stops into Manhattan on D or N) and multiple bus routes.

The space is ideal for someone who doesn't have a lot to bring with them and wants a mature and relaxed resting spot to land. Also great as an in-between spot for newcomers or students adjusting to the city, etc. Short-term rentals also okay.
