About the Apartment:

Room Size: Your new room is around 100 sq. ft. (10’x10’), perfect for a full-sized bed along with a small dresser, desk, and bookshelf. The closet is deceivingly spacious and there is a ceiling fan that works great for summer/winter. There's also a window that leads to the fire escape.

Shared Spaces: The apartment features an open kitchen and living room that are bright and inviting. The living room has fantastic natural light, a cozy bay window seat w/ built in cabinets nestled on either side, and a faux fireplace with terracotta tiles.

Utilities: Utilities are approximately $100/month each for gas/electric and Wi-Fi, which aren’t included in the rent.
Furnishing: The apartment comes mostly furnished, but there’s definitely room for you to bring in your own favorite pieces!

Amenities: While there’s no laundry in the building, there are plenty of laundromats just a stone’s throw away. You’ll be just a short walk to Prospect Park and have easy access to the Parkside (B/Q) and Winthrop (2/5) train lines—making commuting to Midtown a breeze (just about 30 minutes when the trains are cooperating)! The neighborhood is super cute, bustling with shops, coffee spots, and delightful bars.
