Hello! I have a room available to sublet from August 18-30th (or any time within that window).

I live in a recently renovated 3 story townhouse on the border of Echo Park & Historic Philipinotown. I've been here for a few years and it's been a great spot to call home!

My room is on the ground floor — you have the floor to yourself and your own bathroom.

The second floor is communal space — living room, kitchen, balcony.
Amenities include: In-unit laundry, central air, dishwasher, parking, free wifi, private roof deck :) I also have a Pilates chair you are welcome to use!

You would be living with my two housemates who reside on the 3rd floor - one is a female wellness practitioner in her early 40s, the other is an early 30s male who works in production design/film (though he will also be traveling for part of the time).

I co-parent a very sweet 4 year old mixed pup and my housemate may be watching him some of the time I'm away, so he may be your other housemate. He won't go in your room, unless of course you want him to :)

There are a few coffee shops & convenience stores within walking distance. It's less than a 5 minute drive or 10 minute walk to Sunset Blvd where you have access to everything Echo Park has to offer — restaurants, bars, grocery stores, thrif shops, etc. 5 minute drive to the west and you are in Silverlake, 5 minute drive to the east and you are in Downtown LA! Elysian Park is also super close with great hiking trails!
