Hello! I’m looking for someone clean, courteous and friendly to sublet my room in my gorgeous 2-bedroom Prospect Heights apartment. The room (9 x 14.6 ft) comes fully furnished with a huge walk-in closet, big dresser, and desk.

The apt has a massive kitchen (w/ dishwasher!), a large dining area, and a very cozy communal living space.

The apartment itself is located in a perfect location -- two blocks from Prospect Park/Grand Army Plaza + the Brooklyn Museum, and is on the same block as Radio Bakery, a pilates studio, laundromat, and a craft beer bar (but is still very quiet and cozy!). We're a 7-minute walk to B/Q and a 5-minute walk to 2/3.

I'm looking for someone July + August (can possibly be flexible for early September too).

About This Lister

I have one other roommate in the apartment (who is also currently subletting this summer). He works from the office, and spends most of his free time out of the apartment, but is clean + tidy at home as well. We like to keep the space very clean and appreciate open communication and respect of shared spaces.
