Cleaner comes twice a month. This is a well-cared-for place. One friendly three-year-old dog already in residence.

Looking for: Someone in a similar life stage. Established, busy, easygoing. Someone who values both personal space and authentic connection. I'm not looking to live with a stranger, but I also know how to share a home without being in each other's way. Ideally someone who sees cohabitation the same way: two independent people with their own lives, comfortable under the same roof.
