Hi! My roommate and I are looking for a kind, clean and communicative woman to take over a room in our Greenpoint apartment starting October 1, 2025 through March 31, 2026, with potential to extend (and we have some flexibility on move-in date/timing).

The apartment is a 3-bedroom, 1-bath on the top two floors of a 4-story building, located on a quiet and lovely block in Greenpoint. It’s a fabulous location, 2 blocks from McCarren Park, a 2 minute walk to the Nassau G and 12 minute walk to Bedford L. We are friendly with our downstairs neighbors, a lovely couple who reside on the bottom two floors of the building.

The available room is unfurnished with a large Northeast-facing window, and a closet with built-in shelving. Rent is $1500/month, plus utilities.

- Natural light throughout
- Spacious kitchen (incl. dishwasher) and living room that we like to keep clean and calm :)
- Bedrooms and bathroom are located on upper floor, separate from living space on lower level
- Window unit ACs throughout
- Separate entrance and private staircase to access apartment
- Space to store bike

No pets. Preference for someone who spends most of their day outside of the apartment.

We each have our own routines, but the shared vibe is easygoing and communicative. We’ve lived in the apartment for 5 years and truly love it here.
