Hello! I am seeking a roommate to move into my lovely apartment in Prospect Lefferts Gardens where I have lived for the past year and a half.

It’s a 3 bedroom 1 bath. 2nd floor walk up in a relatively small building. Lots of kitchen counter space (I love to cook!) Full shower/bath. Great natural light in all spaces.

I love the location of this apartment. Walkable neighborhood. 2 blocks from the Q train and the south east corner of Prospect Park. 2 blocks from the 2/5 train. 1 block from the B44-SBS.

Looking for a kind, considerate, clean, and communicative roommate who’s comfortable with people working from home and having small gatherings from time to time. LGBTQ friendly and easy-going.

Preference is someone who wants to stay for at least a year if the vibe is right!
