Current household is 2 QTBIPOC working artists & 1 barista (SJ, JY she/her & LT he/they). We are an organized group that share the responsibilities of keeping a clean, happy home (especially for common spaces like bathrooms and kitchen). JY & SJ occasionally travel for residencies and other work opportunities; we are looking for someone organized who won't be a stranger. Two of us have partners but rarely have more than a few guests over at a time (we prefer to party elsewhere). All household supply costs other than groceries are shared. No smoking indoors.
