About You (maybe?):
- I'm looking for a clean, responsible, respectful, and thoughtful roommate in their late-20s to early-30s. Preferably female.
- I'm always happy to be friends with roommates (some of my best friends are old roommates), but I travel semi-regularly for work and fun these days so I'm primarily looking for someone who will clean up after themselves and keep the comfy/cozy vibe I've curated alive.
About the Roommate:
- I’ve been living in this rent-stabilized apartment for 2 years and love it. I'm renewing my lease and looking for one person to take over my roommate's spot on the lease, which renews Oct 1.
- I'm 28 F, and I work hybrid for an energy think tank, with an office down the street.
- In my free time, I play co-ed soccer, am an avid skier, run and hang in Prospect Park, and visit local breweries and restaurants with friends.
If it's a good fit, you'll need to provide a security deposit (1 month's rent), first month's rent, and the standard NYC renter's documents (income/credit check). If we proceed, you'll be asked to sign a rent-stabilized lease agreement.
If interested, please message me a short description about yourself and what you’re looking for. Please include:
- Your name & contact information
- Your age and gender
- Whether you have any pets
- What you do for work and if you WFH any days (how many)
- Your level of cleanliness/cleaning habits
- How often you have guests
