Hi! Renting out the 2nd bedroom in my apartment.
The apartment is massive (12ft ceilings), 2bd 1.5bath. The apartment and room is fully furnished and move in ready. There is laundry in unit (and extras in building), a package room for deliveries, and a deli downstairs.
The room is fully furnished with a queen bed.
There might be a chance to extend beyond the summer and make the arrangement permanent. TBD.
I also live in the apartment but I’m usually away 8am-9pm.
