$1500 (plus utilities)
Can fit full size bed, plus furniture (probably queen size bed if needed)

Heat and hot water included. High speed internet, electric and gas are separate and ~$100 a person/month.

I’m a 30 year old female who is chill and tends to be more introverted.

I respect alone time but I also don't mind sharing a meal, glass of wine or watching a movie, chatting/chilling in the common space or doing things outside of the apartment together when aligned. Overall, I want the common space to be a welcoming, friendly environment!

I work in healthcare supporting medical device technology in the OR so I am out of the apartment during the daytime and love to come home to unwind and relax in a peaceful environment.

In my free time, you can catch me reading a good book, practicing yoga, watching a new tv show, running in the park or cooking/baking.

I am naturally a clean and organized person who loves to keep things tidy and minimal overall. Home life is pretty calm and quiet and a recharge from the busy city!

I am looking for a kind, respectful and communicative roommate who is attentive to cleanliness and considerate of possible differing work schedules.

Ideally you are in your late 20s or older. Big emphasis on the cleanliness and respectful of shared space/others you live with! No couples please.
