-3rd floor of a brownstone
- a block away from the 2, 5 train at Sterling, 15 min walk to B.Q at Prospect park
-We are also walking distance to Prospect park!
Laundry is on the first floor of the building, on the 1st floor (laundromat)

We are looking for someone to join the lease. We are pretty chill, I work in digital marketing in a hybrid role & the other roommate is a resident at a Brooklyn hospital.
