The room overlooks Crescent Street and comes furnished with a queen bed, desk, and chair, TV, and closet. Our kitchen has a full-size fridge, oven, and stove and we share most kitchen utensils (pots, pans, plates, etc.). Laundromat, grocery, and deli are within a 5-minute walk.
The neighborhood is chill, residential, and lively. We are a 5-minute walk to Broadway, with restaurants, cafes, and bars. The Museum of the Moving Image is nearby.
