Private bedroom and private bathroom I will be the only other person living in the apartment. The pictures show the shared spaces, the private bathroom, the rented room, and the outdoor parking space available to the renter. The apartment is a 3 min walk from 3 great coffee shops, 5 blocks away from the North Park Recreation Center, 2 blocks away from a supermarket, and all the North Park bars and restaurants are a 10-15 min walk. it is centrally located w/o the noise.
