The room is in a recently renovated 2 bedroom in large Harlem apartment with elevator and laundry in building. It's on the 15th floor and overlooks the East River. It's fully furnished with bed frame, mattress, dresser, and desk (large closet, no desk chair, bookcase not included). Room also has it's own half-bath (not in the bedroom itself).

The building is gated and requires fob to enter. 24 hour security. Management covers all repairs should something stop working or break. The apartment has new appliances, gas stove, and large dishwasher.

2/3 and 4/5 trains are a ten minute walk. Harlem hospital is a few blocks away, and a grocery store is around the corner. Neighborhood is very quiet.

Your roommate, and the lease holder, would be an older man who works at a local High School. He has a small, very affectionate dog named Zeus.

Security deposit and half month rent due at move in, $2175 in total.
