We have a massive four bed, three bath with a room available in ditmas park. The apartment features a huge living room/kitchen with dishwasher, two shared large closets as well as an in unit/ washer drier and elevator to access the space. There is a small staircase up to the elevator so unfortunately not wheelchair accesible. The room itself has its own private en suite bathroom/shower and closet provided. The room is snug compared to the rest of the apartment but still big for New York, previous roommates have easily fit a dresser and desk or love seat in addition to queen bed. Common spaces are furnished and room comes unfurnished. Cross streets ocean Ave and Dorchester. 9 minute walk to the Q train, 12 mins walk from the B and a 15 min walk from the 2/5. The neighborhood is wonderful, very diverse with lots of restaurants, grocery stores, and green spaces minutes away by foot. We are a 20 minute walk (or a short run/bike!) from prospect park. Current roommates are all professional femmes. Interested in creating a friendly, clean and respectful environment. Artist’s household. We’re all busy but love to chat over tea in the kitchen. You’re welcome to have guests but we don’t bring the party home. No smoking of any kind anywhere in the apartment. MUST BE QUEER FRIENDLY.
