Hello! Due to job-related reasons, I am planning to move out of my room in our 4-bedroom townhouse. My bedroom is Bedroom 2 on the floorplan. Looking for someone to take over my portion of the lease starting November 1, 2025. Lease ends March 1, 2026 with opportunity for renewal.
Apartment is shared with 3 other roommates who are women in their late 20's - early 30's. The apartment is 2 floors and consists of 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths as well as a washer/dryer in unit. The bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms are upstairs along with the washer/dryer. The downstairs has the living room, the 1/2 bathroom, and the kitchen which leads out to the deck.
The building has 2 apartment units total (separate entrances): our unit is the 2nd and 3rd floors, while the other tenants have the 1st (street level) floor. The deck is ours, while the backyard is shared between both units.
Apartment has central cooling/heating and the kitchen has a dishwasher and garbage disposal. The apartment is located in a primarily residential area and is <10 minutes walk to the L and J subway lines.
The other roommates work schedules are a mix of in-office and work-from-home.
Rent for this room is $1,380.37 not including utilities.
The apartment itself is fully furnished and as for the room, willing to sell the bedframe, mattress, and dresser for $200 if you are interested.
Preferred renters/candidates are women with no pets.

Financial requirements include security deposit of $1,350 upfront as well as first month's rent. Must be able to provide proof of income and information for credit check to landlord for takeover of lease.
