Apartment is within a short walking distance of the 2/3, B/D, A/C, and 4/5/6 lines, as well as the M7, M102, M1, M125, and M60 buses. Apartment is also close many delicious and historic restaurants such as Sylvia's, Harlem Corner Social, and Red Rooster in addition to multiple grocery and department stores, such as Target and Trader Joe's.
Amenities include an in-unit Washer/dryer, washing machine, window air conditioning unit, Wi-Fi, and access to all streaming services on the living room TV. Roommate will also be given kitchen and bathroom storage.
Room comes pre-furnished with bedframe and mattress and is courtyard-facing.

About This Lister

Two English teachers from Texas and Colorado looking for someone to share a space with. Both of us work late four days a week and have a semi-active social life. We occasionally have one or two friends over and are not opposed to our new roommate doing the same.
We have a sociable foster cat. The roommate will not be expected to take care of or provide for said cat.
Most of our free time in the apartment is spent watching movies and playing video games.
