Nice room w/ good lighting in a spacious 3-bed 2-bath apartment in Crown Heights. 3rd floor walk-up in a smaller and relatively new building.

Laundry in basement, A/C, dishwasher, and plenty of storage space. Conveniently located near the C train, 5-minute walk to Kingston-Throop, plenty of grocery stores within 5-10 min walk, more cafes, restraurants, etc. within 15-20 minute walk.

This is the 2nd smallest room in the apartment, and you'd be sharing a bathroom with one person. Room will be unfurnished.

I've really enjoyed living here, and looking for someone to renew the lease with me on November 1st!

Wifi and utilities are extra and usually avg to $100 each a month.
