Hi! I am looking for a roommate in my awesome rent stabilized 2 bed and 2 FULL BATHROOM apartment.

ABOUT THE NEIGHBORHOOD: Near B/Q trains and lots of buses. Prospect Park is very accessible. Tons of cute shops and cafes on Cortelyou Rd right around the corner. Big beautiful Victorian houses everywhere. Tons of old trees and beautiful gardens.

ABOUT THE APARTMENT: Big living/dining room with great light. Your room is massive, has southern exposures, and boasts 4 huge private closets. Your room is also on the other side of the apartment from mine so you could literally never see me if you want!! My bathroom is en suite so I mostly don’t use the bathroom in the common area. Pretty nice for you!! Full tub in there and everything. Must be ok with cats and small dogs. You can’t tell from the photos but there are windows in the kitchen and bathroom.

ABOUT THE BUILDING: Laundry in basement. Hardwood floors. Nice WiFi. Near a lot of really good grocery stores. Second floor with elevator. Super in building.

Don’t sleep on this awesome apartment !!!!! I have seen the future and I know you are gonna be pissed if you miss out.

LGBTQIA+ ever so slightly preferred but if you are cis het and cool I also like that.
