Hi hi! My roommates (between the ages of 23-26) and I are looking for someone to sublet/rent/move into the fourth bedroom in our four-bedroom apartment located a ten-minute walk away from Echo Lake, and down the street from the best Cuban bakery in LA, Gigis!

The room is spacious and can easily accommodate a queen-size bed, dresser, and desk. There is also a closet with ample storage space. The bathroom would be shared with one other roommate.
- Room is 10ft by 12 ft and closet is 6.5ft (length) x 2 ft (width)

About This Lister

My name is Julia, I'm 24, use she/her pronouns, and live with two roommates, Joseph (23, he/him), and Orion (26, he/him). It's kind of like a New Girl situation. We met through our - now, old roommate rip he's not dead, he's just moving to Boston - and decided to move in together back in 2022 when we realized we were all moving to LA from the East Coast to pursue careers in TV/film.

With different schedules, we pass like ships at all hours of the day and night, but it's always nice to catch up over the air fryer.
