Hello! We are looking for a third roommate to rent a room in Greenpoint for a September 1 move-in date. The apartment has two outdoor terraces, two bathrooms and in-unit laundry. The room available has a floor-to-ceiling window which gives you direct access to one of the outdoor decks with an incredible view of Manhattan. Our space is very cozy in the winter and is perfect for hosting bbqs and other outdoor events in the summer. The apartment is a five minute walk to the Greenpoint Avenue G stop and is a 20 minute walk to the Greenpoint ferry stop. We are located off of Manhattan Avenue which has plenty of bodegas, pharmacies, shops, great restaurants/bars and more!
