i have a room available in my 2 bed, 1 bathroom apartment (2nd floor walk up). the room is on the smaller side but furnished with a bed. the apartment is 1000 sq. ft that includes a living and dining room, so overall a comfortable living space! rent is $1500 + half of utilities.
