Room available (with private bathroom!) as a sublet in a 2 bedroom apartment. Looking for a longer term tenant ideally, but flexible if shorter amount of time needed. Elevator building with a doorman; laundry in building. The room is mostly furnished and Wi-Fi included in space. Shared kitchen and relatively big living room space. There are stairs within the apartment (duplex) - relatively private entry way is on the floor to the bedroom/bathroom at hand with some steps down to the kitchen/living area. The building is a few blocks from the UN - very accessible to almost all trains, buses, and even the ferry! Utility fees extra but negotiable.

This apartment is a family space (2 adults). I work in advertising and often from home in the living room (open to co-working here if needed!). We don't host often so it's more of a quiet living space.
