I am seeking a temporary roommate for my extra bedroom in my 2 bed 1 bath cute South Pasadena apartment. There is flexibility on the front and back end of the dates listed and an option to extend if we think its a good fit. It's in a quiet, green, small apartment complex.
I love this apartment and this area so much- great if you are desiring peace and quiet like I was. My neighbors are older couples and families.

I live walking distance from the South Pas farmers market on Thursdays. I call this neighborhood the Stars Hollow of LA. Its cute and quaint and wholesome and quiet and green and full of families. Really great neighborhood for a nervous system that needs a break. There are a couple great spots in town, coffee shops within walking distance, and Highland Park is 8 minutes drive away. I have lived with lots of roommates in the past and get along best with people who like to be friends but respect alone time, and live a mostly grandma-type existence. It would be great to find someone in a similar life stage (in at least their 30s, tired) to watch movies or go to lunch with before holing up in our respective rooms. I prefer to keep things clean and tidy but am chronically ill so I take high-symptom days off from cleaning and resume when I am feeling better. I am sound and smell sensitive so TV/ music will need to be at reasonable levels and bedtime hours respected- happy to talk about the specifics of all this.

The room comes lightly furnished with what is pictured- some of the furniture can be removed if needed, lets just talk about it!

No smoking, vaping, heavy drinking or heavy 420-ing, parties, cats or dogs. Sober friendly, fellow spoonies/zebras friendly, but there is one flight of stairs and no elevator.
