The building itself is very peaceful so although I do love to host dinner parties from time to time the best fit would be someone who enjoys keeping the home as a calm space for rest and recharge.

The apartment is on the top floor and the bedrooms are set in the back of the building so there's plenty of peace and quiet. I keep things tidy and looking for someone who wants the same.

Move in date is flexible and pets considered! xo

Originally from northern California but spent time living in San Francisco, New York, and Italy.

I work evenings nearby as a sommelier at a natural wine bar and love to spend my free time at home cooking, reading, writing, doodling, buying too many flowers, listening to music and making negronis.

I'd love to find someone who works during the day outside the home so we can naturally balance our solo and shared time in the space.

I keep a very calm, tidy, and pretty minimal home. I don't have a TV and would love to find someone who also prefers a slow-food style of living.

I never miss the Saturday Farmer's Market and although I adore sharing meals and nice conversations with someone, I'm an extroverted introvert that also needs quite a bit of alone time.
