The room is sunny and spacious has a large built in closet. It includes a full hallway closet with shelves, a private bathroom with separate shower and tub, as well as a parking spot in the driveway.

The house was built in 1923 with a lot of really warm, cute retro features. We have 2 fireplaces, 1 in the living room and 1 in the wood paneled den as well as a Venetian grill in the yard. The yard is very large and has an exit at the top, that goes onto the street in the back of the house. There are 6 entrances into the house from outside, 2 in the front and 4 in the back. Full kitchen with a much room with a double sink and a little toilet room. We also have central heating/AC and laundry on site. The house also comes with a dog, female 5 yr old australian cattle dog.

We are looking for someone chill, clean and respectful who is also a dog person.
