This bedroom features a large wardrobe + closet with plenty of wooden hangers, a vintage dresser with mirror, a bookcase and new queen size Avocado mattress bed. There is a large window that opens for fresh air and a glass door opening to the private backyard. The room also has central AC with your own wireless controller + a heater built in next to the bed.

There's a lovely dining room space you can work from, a shared living room space with large coffee table and leather sectional couch + 80 inch OLED tv with Sonos speakers. Shared laundry is also in the building (takes quarters).

This apartment is in a secure building (never had a package stolen) with quiet, respectful neighbors. With a private backyard, and located on a quiet street a half block from gorgeous McGolrick Park, it's a great place to be for the spring!

You'll be super close to the B48 bus stop and the Nassau Ave G train, as well as the Graham L train stop. There's also Citibikes on the block and more at the park.
