I'm subletting my room or looking for a potential lease take over for my lovely bushwick bedroom with a private bathroom.

I currently share this duplex with three other creatives all in their early 30's. It's located on Saint Nicholas Ave which is a quiet street nestled in the heart of all the good stuff in bushwick. Five minutes to both Jefferson and Dekalb L trains. This home is great for artists and those who work in the service industry. The roommates are all very kind and laid back but responsible and communicative.

The bedroom is a good size with it's own private bathroom next to it, and access to an outdoor patio. You'd shared the top floor where the kitchen is located with Maite.

Looking for someone to move in March 1st-Sep. 1st (when the lease is up). I'm open to having someone sublet through me directly or take over my lease- in that case you'd need to be approved by the landlord (they usually ask for credit score, bank statements, or guarantors.
