Hello! I have a room to sublet in my 2Bd 1Ba in Silverlake on Bellevue Ave. Rent ($1500), utilities (~$100) and the shared parking spot ($75).

The room will be available to sublet Feb. 1 through May 30. We have a friend who is interested in taking over the lease and extending it into next year if you are interested in a more long-term stay.

We have in-unit laundry, a dishwasher, AC/heat and ceiling fans in every room, two outdoor common spaces, lots of light and closet space, and all new appliances. There is one set of outdoor stairs leading to our apartment with no ramp unfortunately.

Note: The bedroom pictured is mine, but it has the same dimensions and layout as the room available for sublet. I will upload images of the room once my roommate returns from traveling.

We live in a small building and are close with our super sweet and friendly neighbors. Our property manager has always been prompt in addressing any little repairs that come up.

We are walking distance to a beautiful park with an outdoor gym, playground, and a great track. Additionally, we have a fantastic outdoor coffee shop, Target, and a handful of beautiful local stores and restaurants. We are a 20 minute walk (5 min drive) from the heart of Sunset Blvd. with lots of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and shopping. We love this location since it's easy to access the rest of LA for work or to get to the beach, mountains, and visit friends.
